昔、利用したことのある児童書専門店「きりん館」の後継として建てられたゲストハウスということで宿泊しました。隅々まで清掃の行き届いた室内になっており、大変満足しました。お風呂は近所の銭湯に行ったので評価はできません。また機会があれば泊まりたいです。（楽天トラベル お客様の声より）

通りから一歩入った住宅街にあり、静かな環境で夜はゆったり過ごせました。お部屋（和室）も清潔。二階の共有リビングは飲食・簡単な自炊可能で、本も多くあり、数日滞在してここでくつろぐのもいいなと思いました。 銀閣寺や京都大学周辺へのアクセスが良いのですが、バス停が近く、又京阪電車も使えるので、乗り換えを楽しみながら各方面にいく事が可能です。宿の方に次の行き先のアクセスなど親切に教えていただき、大変助かりました。

This is a nice super clean place, honestly I would say. I was quit busy with our conference for the first half of our stay. My host was very helpful in instructing us how to get our bus to Kyoto International Conference Center.

滞在時は、アジア系の大家族が、共用スペースを含めて占拠している感じでした。
紅葉シーズンも終わりごろだったせいか、３Fは私たち夫婦だけでのんびりできました。そうでなかれば少しつらかったかもしれません。
京都らしく、あまりきれいではありませんでしたが、銭湯は近いです。学生街らしく、手ごろな飲食店も多いです。(trip advaiser より)

秋のトップシーズンだったが低価格で宿泊することができた。京都駅からは遠いが、京阪出町柳駅からほど近く周辺は静かで過ごしやすい。機会があればまた利用したい。

ホテルも好きなのですが、今回とても居心地がよかったので、こういう旅のスタイルもあることがわかり、楽しい発見でした。

Once you accept that there is an 11pm curfew and that the walls are not so thick, you will have a nice stay. I

悪い点 : Enable guests to contact staff during the night if there is a problem. Enforce noise curfews.
The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and recommended some excellent restaurants. There is quite a lot
to do in the area, with plenty of restaurants, ice cream, arcade, karaoke, clubs, etc. Our room had a terrific view of Mount Daimonji and was very comfortable, albeit not very spacious. However,
one issue we had was with other guests being noisy after curfew. There is no phone in the room, so there isn't really any way to contact the staff to let them know about it. I ended up having to
deal with it myself, and tell the person who was literally trying to have a business conference call outside of the door to my room to kindly GTFO.（Expadia ゲストレビューより）

The staff was welcoming and the location is within reach of the Kyoto University and food and drinks places, amenities that is student priced, affordable and fun! It's also 2-3 bus stops from Kyoto temples and Gion region.（Booking.comお客様の声より）

It's the cleanest property I've ever seen. The whole building, the floor, the rooms, the bathroom, toilets - all perfectly clean and in extremely good condition. Everything looks perfectly new.
Some reviews said that the location within Kyoto is not perfect, but I don't think so. Ginkakuji is just around the corner and all other sights are easily reachable by bus or subway. I recommend
going to Inari Shrine in south-east Kyoto at sunset and return by subway directly to the guest house.（Booking.comお客様の声より）
