Check out　6:00 am〜11:00am　You can leave your luggage here after checking out.

We close up the front door, from 24:00 to 6:00 because for good sleep of all the guests.

Guest staying at a dormitory, please come back be quiet in midnight.

The reservation of the direct  has various benefits.

The reservation of the direct is the same rate in whole year.

It does not take any additional charges

such as the on-season,  before holiday.

◆　Reduction of lodging charges for long stay-over 10 nights

Reduction services are applied to the reservation except through the booking site.

          Over 10 nights; discount number of staying nights x %(ex. 17nights=17% discount)

◆ A washing machine------  free

◆ A bath Japanese style------ free (once per 5 days)

These services are applied to all guests of over 5 nights staying.

◆ Wellcome "200yen" back service

This service is applied to the guest for over 3 nights staying by direct reservation. 

We require full payment at check-in by cash(JPY) or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your reservation.

 Please be aware that applicable cancellation fees will be charged starting seven days prior to your arrival.

• 3-7 days before Check In date　　　　　　20% of lodging charges
• 1-2 days before Check In date　　　　　　50% of lodging charges
• Actual day of Check In or No-show　　　100% of lodging charges

 Child charge is free (under 5 years old)

Please contact us in the case of lodging together of child.

One child is charged JPY 1,000 per person per night when using existing beds.

Bed-sharing with child not acceptable at Dormitory rooms.
